First, we prefer you use Film Festival Life to Submit your Film, but if you cannot, we have an old school way.

STEP 1

Read the Submission Rules and Regulations

 

STEP 2

Download and fill out this PDF submission form.

 

STEP 3

Pay your submission fee. Be Sure to write the Film Title in the Paypal form below.

Mail us your DVD, please be sure that your film name is written on both the face of your disc AND on the front of the mailing envelope, which should be sent to the following address:
